Paula's and Friends Crochet

I have only been crocheting just over a year. My good friend, next door Mamie has taken alot of time to show me how. Thank you, again, Mamie. Have met some new friends too. Several people has ask about what we crochet so thought I would blog to add what we've been working on and finished. Mamie sells alot, at great prices. I am still so slow, I really am not up to speed of having any big time production... If you are interested, you can still ask me. I have plenty of contacts.

"LAZY DAYS" AFGHAN

Is was one of my first Granny Square Afghans
It is made of Lion Brand Mohair.
I found the pattern on the internet.
It isn't like the traditional Granny Square,
this was easier for me where I was a beginner.
{ I still am :) }
The squares went together pretty good too.
I gave this to my Favorite Auntie "E"

FUTURE STAR BURST

This was my first pattern I designed myself.
Most of the Granny Squares I had seen have most like the flower shape.
I specifically wanted to make a "Granny Square"
for the reason, I was making this
for my # 1 Grandson, Malachis' Christmas.
His favorite color just happenes to be ORANGE.
I used Simply Soft Caron yarn.
I about brust not telling him what O'ma was working on for him.
